“Faces of the Walla Walla Valley”, a new exhibition of color, and black & white photographs depicting ten local people who live in the Walla Walla area as photographed by Colby D. Kuschatka. Each portrait is accompanied by a quote or statement from the person in the photograph. The exhibition will be on display at Merchant’s Ltd. 21 E. Main Street, Walla Walla, WA 99362 beginning May 3, 2005 continuing through June 3, 2005.
These creative portraits showcase a segment of the diverse people that live in the Walla Walla area. Encompassing doctors and business owners to artists and winemakers, this series of lighthearted, imaginative portraits as a group become a portrait of the Walla Walla Valley itself. The whole idea behind the exhibit is to emphasize what a unique community we live in, by looking at the people in the community, and along the way have some fun and bring a smile to a few faces.
